You can also use our online report form and select "Copyright / DMCA" as the report type.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email
  • Identification of the removed content and its original URL
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake
  • Consent to jurisdiction of the applicable federal court
  • Your physical or electronic signature

5. Response Timeline

  • Receipt of notice: Acknowledged within 24 hours
  • Content review: Completed within 48 hours
  • Removal (if valid): Within 72 hours of notice
  • Counter-notification: Content may be restored 10โ€“14 business days after counter-notice if no legal action is filed

6. Repeat Infringers

GoldyGames maintains a policy of terminating accounts of repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.

7. Good Faith

Any person who knowingly submits a false DMCA notice may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney's fees, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
