• Upload games containing malware, viruses, or harmful code

5. Game Content & Developer Terms

Developers who upload games to GoldyGames:

• Retain ownership of their game content
• Grant GoldyGames a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute the game on the Platform
• Are responsible for ensuring their content does not infringe third-party intellectual property
• May participate in the revenue sharing program as outlined in developer agreements

6. Intellectual Property

The GoldyGames brand, logo, design, and platform code are the property of GoldyGames. Individual games are the property of their respective developers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

7. Advertising

GoldyGames displays third-party advertisements via Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads. Ad revenue may be shared with game developers per their individual agreements.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GoldyGames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, game progress, or revenue.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoldyGames from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GoldyGames operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform.
